Editorial, Affiliate and AI Disclaimer

Three disclosures in one place: how our recommendations are made, how we may be paid, and how AI is used in what you see here.

Editorial disclaimer

Visiora publishes general information and editorial opinion. Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific circumstances, and no recommendation should be treated as a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Our assessments reflect hands-on testing at a point in time. AI image tools change frequently. Model availability, product features, pricing, and usage terms can change. Check the official product page before making a purchasing decision.

We do not publish invented benchmarks, market-share figures, user quotes, pricing tiers or release dates. Where a figure is not supplied by the vendor or observed by us, it does not appear.

Affiliate disclaimer

Some outbound links on this site may be affiliate links. If you click one and subscribe or purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships never determine whether a tool is covered, how it is described, or where it appears in a comparison. Several tools we recommend most frequently, including free options, carry no affiliate arrangement at all.

If our view of a tool changes, the article changes, regardless of any commercial relationship.

AI content disclaimer

Article text on Visiora is written and edited by people. We use AI tools to generate example imagery, to test the workflows we document, and occasionally to check our explanations for clarity. Editorial judgement and final wording are human.

Images produced by AI tools and shown on this site are illustrative. They are not photographs of real events, places or people, and should not be treated as documentary evidence.

We encourage the same practice in your own work: do not present synthetic images as photojournalism, do not depict identifiable people in situations that did not occur, and disclose AI involvement where a reasonable viewer would want to know.

Legal, trademark and licensing note

Where we discuss commercial use, copyright, trademarks, content credentials or regulatory topics such as the EU AI Act, we are describing the general landscape rather than giving legal advice.

AI-generated logo concepts should not be treated as automatically trademark-safe or production-ready without a proper design and legal review. Rights in AI output vary by jurisdiction and by the terms of the tool used.

No AI tool guarantees legal safety. Where a product is described as designed for commercial workflows, that is a description of its positioning, not a warranty. Take professional advice for high-risk commercial work.

Third-party trademarks

Product names including Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, FLUX, Gemini, ChatGPT, Bing Image Creator and others are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here for identification and commentary only, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
